10-  Chocolate, nuts, or fatty foods.

Treatment for blackheads:

Some many medications and prescriptions contain chemicals to treat blackheads that may harm your skin in the long run due to their side effects, especially if you use them for long periods, so you can try some of the following effective natural advice in treating blackheads, acne, cleansing Skin pores, eliminating harmful microbes and also reducing. 

1) Baking soda.


Baking soda is one of the most effective treatments for black pimples and acne, as it helps the skin get rid of impurities and dirt.

Just apply a thick layer of fresh fenugreek powder paste and water to the affected areas for ten minutes once or twice a week. 14) Coal.


Put a mixture (the content of two capsules of charcoal, bentonite clay with enough water) all over your face and leave it until completely dry with care to repeat this mask twice a week. This mask is suitable for oily, acne-prone skin.


15) Strawberries.


Beat in the mixer a few strawberries with a little honey and lemon juice added to it until you get a rough dough and then put it on the affected areas from 15 to 20 minutes once every few days.

16) Aspirin.


It reduces redness and swelling of the affected area with blackheads, removes dead skin cells and blackheads, reduces the size of skin pores and also helps to prevent acne and blackheads from appearing later due to its anti-inflammatory properties.

Prevention of blackheads

To prevent blackheads, you can:

1- A diet rich in vegetables and fruits such as berries and cranberries, strawberries, blueberries, apples, papaya, pineapple, tomatoes, cabbage, broccoli, broccoli, spinach, turnip, and mustard.


2- Avoid eating: chocolate, nuts, eggs, avocado, mango, shellfish, dairy products, and fried and fatty foods.


3- Reducing: smoking and drinking alcohol and caffeinated drinks.


4- Washing the face 5 to 6 times daily, especially those with oily skin.
