  • Drink 200 grams of carrot juice with a little salt and chilli powder.

  • Make dry and coriander powder and take 3 grams of powder with lukewarm water.
  • Chop the onion and eat it with lemon juice and salt.
  •  Make a salad of carrots, radishes, beets, onions, cucumbers, add lemon juice, and eat.

What not to eat? 

  • Do not drink too much water after meals.
  •  Avoid foods made from hot spices and acid juices.
  • Avoid foods made from ghee, oil, and butter.

Food and diet:

Walking barefoot on the grass daily in the morning. Light physical exercise or yoga should be done. In the condition of the old patient, eat thin porridge, moong dal khichdi, buttermilk, thin chapati etc. and eat only one roti less than you are hungry. Eat bran flour bread and chew the food.

After lunch and night, take some rest after meals and after dinner, take a walk for half an hour. Remove all kinds of bad thoughts like anger, jealousy, greed to earn more money, stress, etc.

Perform every task with great endurance and stress, because being anxious has a major impact on digestion. Never eat water, greens, stale vegetables, etc. kept in the fridge. One should always drink fresh water. Drink at least five litres of water a day.

Massage the body daily and take a bath and keep fasting once a week. Fried things and kheer should not be used in food at all. Chilli masala, rich food, fish, alcohol, eggs, etc. should not be consumed in the food.

Home Remedy for Indigestion

1. Cinnamon:

Make a powder by mixing cinnamon, cardamom, dry ginger, and cumin and take 3 grams of this powder with lukewarm water every morning and evening. It cures indigestion.

2. Harad:

Prepare a powder by taking an equal quantity of myrobalan chebulie, puppy, and dry ginger, and taking 3-3 grams of this powder with water twice a day provides relief in indigestion.

Make a powder by grinding 2 ground small myrobalan and 2 peepals and divide it into three parts and take it thrice a day. It provides benefits in indigestion.

Licking a pinch of small myrobalan powder with honey provides relief in indigestion. Taking 3 grams of myrobalan powder mixed with honey, raisins, and sugar candy end indigestion (non-digestion of food).

Mixing the powder of small myrobalan with jaggery, rock salt or dry ginger makes the fire fast and digests the food quickly.
Grind a little quantity of myrobalan, jaggery and dry ginger together to make the powder and take it with buttermilk and take it with whey, it removes the associated fire retardation.
Make the powder by taking an equal quantity of myrobalan, bishops weed and dry ginger, and mix a little black salt in it and take it. Consuming this powder provides relief in indigestion caused by Vata (gas).

Make a powder by taking 10 grams quantity of myrobalan chebulie, beleric myrobalan, gooseberry, dry ginger, black pepper, and small peppers and take 6 grams this powder with fresh water. Taking it for a few days cures indigestion.

3. Tomato: 

Cut 2 tomatoes and add rock salt and black pepper powder over it and eat it twice a day, it ends indigestion.

4. Asafoetida:

Make a powder by mixing asafetida and cumin 10-10 grams and dry ginger and rock salt 10-10 grams. Eating 3 grams of this powder with water after meals provide relief in indigestion. Grind asafetida and black salt in rice water and heat it and drink, it cures indigestion.

If gas has formed in the stomach due to indigestion or if there is a pain in the stomach, dissolve asafetida in water and massage it gently on the stomach. After this, the patient starts to feel relaxed after releasing the stomach gas.

5. Coriander:

Grind 20 grams coriander and make the powder by eating 3-3 grams of this powder with lukewarm water, the indigestion is cured. Making a decoction of coriander and sugar candy, drinking it in the morning and evening provides relief in indigestion and ache.

6. Bansunf:

 Drinking 40 ml Bansunf decoction 2 times a day cures indigestion, agnosis, vomiting, and abdominal pain.

7. Kulanjan: 

By sucking a piece of Kulhanjan in the mouth with the fourth part of about 1 gram, burning sensation of the throat and digestion of food ends. It also removes the stench of the mouth.

8. Dry ginger:

Boil 25 grams of dry ginger and coriander in 200 ml water and when only 50 grams of water remains, filter it and drink it. It stops indigestion and sour belching. Make a little powder by grinding dry ginger, black pepper, and small peppers, and eating 3 to 6 grams of this powder ends indigestion and cures digestive power.

9. Honey:

Mixing one teaspoon of lemon juice and half a teaspoon of honey in a glass of water eliminates indigestion. Licking 2 black peppers powder mixed with honey provides relief in indigestion. Grind parsley and dry ginger to make powder and lick it with honey to relieve indigestion.

10. Fenugreek: 

Grind fenugreek 3 times a day with 1-1 teaspoon of lukewarm water, it ends indigestion, gas, stomach pain, diarrhoea, loss of appetite, etc.

11. Coconut: 

Eating coconut kernel or heating ghee provides relief in indigestion.

12. Nirgundi:

 Taking 10 ml juice of Nirgundi leaves with 2 pcs black pepper and parsley powder in the morning provides relief indigestion, pain, and stomach air.

13. Rock salt: 

If indigestion has occurred due to taking food, mixing 1 gram rock salt with 5 grams of parsley water, and drinking it twice a day is beneficial.

14. Clove: 

If you have indigestion due to eating sweets, you should eat 2 cloves and drink warm water or tea.

15. Buttermilk:

Buttermilk, oil, and peanuts should be eaten daily if you have indigestion. Buttermilk is very beneficial in digesting fried, roasted, and strong things. Mix rock salt, roasted cumin, and black pepper in buttermilk and take, it ends indigestion.

16. Bamboo: 

If the digestive system is weak, the meat, etc., are not digested properly after eating, then vinegar made from bamboo corals should be consumed. This increases digestive power and increases appetite.

17. Pear: 

Indigestion is cured by mixing 1 gram powder of peepal powder in 20 ml pear juice.

18. Basil:

Drinking 10 ml juice of basil leaves for a few days provides relief in indigestion. Grind basil leaves, soft neem leaves, and 2 black peppers together and take it 3 times a day with fresh water, it ends indigestion. Grind 4 leaves of basil, half a teaspoon powder of dry ginger and 2 pinches of rock salt and take, it ends diarrhoea and loss of appetite.

19. Rye: 

Make a solution by grinding one teaspoon mustard and half teaspoon fenugreek with water and mix 2 pinches of salt in it. This prevents indigestion as well as sour belching.

20. Mint:

Make a sauce by adding asafoetida, cumin, black pepper, salt, parsley, etc. to the mint. Taking this sauce with food every day cures indigestion and vomiting. Eating 8-10 mint leaves with 4-6 dry grapes in the morning and evening ends indigestion and stops feeling hungry.

21. Garlic: 

A clove of garlic, ginger, coriander, mint, salt, pepper, and one teaspoon lemon juice. Mix all these together and make a sauce and eat it with food. Using it daily reduces nausea and more hunger.

22. Fennel:
